At the top of the page, click on Create a New Profile.

In the address bar type about:profiles and press enter/return.

To make things easier, the keyboard shortcut for this is Ctrl + Shift + N.

In the New Private window, choose another Microsoft 365 account to log into.

This will open a new window for private browsing.

Removed Offline address book and regenerated it.

Deleted Outlook cache files locally on the profile.

Deleted the list for auto complete (locally in Outlook).

Remove all of the accounts and logins on the PC for account no.

You often look at calendars for colleagues if they are available and choose "new meeting with everyone" in Outlook.

A restart of Outlook can (or not) fix it.

Sometimes we cant mark a colleague's calendar in the list and display it in Outlook.

They never appear in the list after pressing the OK button to add new contacts in calendar list/view.

Sometimes we do not get new calendars added from the global adress list.
